The Team

Chris DiYanni, Founder & Partner

Chris founded CD Capital Advisory with a vision to steer the most promising early-stage companies towards unprecedented growth. Under his leadership, the firm has been instrumental in milestone financings and IPOs, including PagerDuty's $90 million Series D and their subsequent $200 million IPO, and Mode Analytics' $33 million Series D round. Prior to establishing CD Capital Advisory, Chris honed his expertise as an Investment Banker at Piper Jaffray, one of the fastest-growing investment banks in the U.S., where he played a pivotal role in executing transactions totaling over $1 billion within a span of two years. A magna cum laude graduate from The Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business, Chris holds a B.S. in Finance.
